We loved the arcade and selection of games. We found the music in the halls delightfully creepy in the best way. We found it very friendly. We also liked the breakfast buffet. We felt the bedding and pillows were very comfortable.

When we pulled in to park the small lot was full and the attendant actually laughed when we asked where we could park, didn't appreciate that, but they eventually worked it out. Also, the breakfast buffet, while good, was like a mad rush hour, no lines, no order, just chaos. The sink area was also not laid out well, with an odd angled step up that was easy to twist an ankle on. The only other thing is the gift shop only sold junk foods, I would have liked a more hearty food option for those of us who missed a meal or missed the dining times. Our major issue was that as westerners, we are larger than average and there was no robe or kimono that would fit us.

The room is not comfortable at all. The heater was not warm enough for a large room. The bathroom is so cold.

Onsen is superb and BF is excellent

Amazing buffet breakfast and dinner - all you can eat and drink (beer/sake etc). The staff were lovely, and room was spacious and comfortable. Onsen was excellent, especially enjoyed the outdoor bath!

Unfortunately if you arrive later you have to park down the road which is inconvenient, but the shuttle service was good!
