This place is awesome, between the traditional ryokan house to the adorable host, everything is perfect, close to the temples if you seek for traditional visit

Everything was excellent. Beautiful property, unbeatable location, and extremely kind hosts. Loved my stay there, would definitely stay again when visiting Kyoto.

"Simple but comfortable lodgings in an excellent area"

The host was very gracious and wanting to make it comfortable even though we only saw her occasionally. It is a great location. The beds were comfortable.

It wasn’t what I expected as it had previously stated that food would be served but we enjoyed our stay. The house is old but it has a nice feel to it and it’s a great way to experience Kyoto.
