The stay itself was really nice, kinda what I expected but the room was even bigger than I thought. Tatami and futon are also more comfortable than I thought and we could have experienced tradition of a ryokan and so I discovered a lot: with awesome facilities like the onsen!

The steps of the second floor people were quite loud sometimes.

Il ryokan ha un calore familiare ed estremamente tipico. Le onsen private, anche per chi ha tatuaggi e non può utilizzare quelle pubbliche, sono ben fatte e comodissime da usare. I micetti sono dolcissimi, ci si sente proprio a casa.

The food was fantastic. Rather had to think of paying for the food with lodgings included. Rather than lodgings with food included!

The place felt dated and was rather musty. There is nothing to do nearby by foot

"A lovely place to stay in the countryside."

A very cozy hotel with onsens on site. It has a bit of a 60’s or 70’s vibe. The cat theme was adorable. The staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs. The breakfasts were traditional Japanese breakfasts and prepared very well.

Perhaps a few things could benefit from some renovation, but there was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

"Beautiful traditional ryokan"

Beautiful traditional ryokan, highly recommend anyone to stay somewhere like this during your trip to Japan! There were two amazing private onsens and great facilities and food. Location was great, good restaurants and shops nearby and easy to bus anywhere

"Easy peezy"

The hostel was clean, bathrooms and rooms were clean. That's good enough for me.! Regarding the question, Would I recommend this property as a romantic place to stay? I mean I think one can make anything romantic! Decorations, lighting, a little music in the background, anything can be romantic even a hostel!

The free breakfast... Bummer, not much options. I had toast and that was all.
