Staff was very helpful, they had a shuttle bus to the tran/bus station from where we took a bus to Kawaguchi Lake, which is approximately 1 hour away. The rooms were clean, I was alone in the Onsen most of the time, they have a great foot massage machine. The breakfast was also very fulfilling and tasty, typical Japanese.

部屋は広々として、調度品なども工夫されているところは良い。

スタッフが大変少ないうえに、高齢者ばかり。 部屋数はたくさんあるのに、人手がないために回っていない。 稼働率がかなり低い。 夜ご飯の時のアルバイトの女性は、ビールを頼んでも返事もせず、持ってきても何も言わずに、栓を開けることもなくテーブルに置いていった。

スタッフの対応が親身であり、気持ちよかった。 宿は街中にあったが、建材（木材）に重厚感があり、宿の中は落ち着いていて、外を見なければどこかの田舎に来たようであった。

風呂場の混合水栓の温度調節が1mmで温度が全く変わるとの口コミがどこかにあったが、実際に調べてみたところ、確かにそのような混合水栓があった。しかし、数あるうちのひとつであり、重箱の隅を突くようなコメントは良くない。

部屋のお風呂が温泉で大きめだった。もちろん大風呂も気持ちよかった。 料理も美味しかった。

夕食後、部屋に冷水ポットがあったのが嬉しかった

大浴場にも、化粧水や乳液が欲しかった
