Absolutely stunning property! We felt pampered and were treated like royalty. The rooms are outstanding! The views from the balcony onsen are breathtaking. Beautifully furnished and with very upgraded toiletries. The free drinks and snacks are superb. Everything, from the lovely kimonos and yukatas to the fabulous, traditional Japanese dinner was phenomenal. The whole experience is that of a tranquil oasis. Best hotel we've had the pleasure to stay in during or Japan adventure. Such a memorable experience for our family.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four, including two teenagers. The hotel is just a short walk from Gora Station, and check-in was quick and easy. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Their customer service was outstanding and made us feel very welcome. We booked a room with a private onsen, which was fantastic. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including toiletries, a coffee maker, complimentary water, and juice. The bed was on the firmer side, which was perfect for us. We also enjoyed the guest lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks. The half-board package was excellent, featuring a delicious Japanese multi-course dinner and a choice of Japanese or Western breakfast. Both the private and public onsens were wonderful, and the mountain views were absolutely spectacular. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hakone!
