湯畑が近い

電気コンセントが壊れてて使えなかった。写真とは全く違って外観内観どちらもボロボロ。トイレも異臭がするし、部屋の壁も畳も全てがどうしてリフォームしないのか理解できないくらい酷い！ 2泊で朝食夕食が同じで、食事場所のスタッフが台に座ったり壁に寄りかかっておしゃべりしているのがとても不快!!チェックアウト時のスタッフも精算したらそれで終わり、二度と利用しないし紹介もしない！

湯畑から近い

部屋のシャワーが水しか出なかった押入れの中に木枠で作られた箱のような物があったがその上は埃だらけで汚くその中に布団が置いてあったと思うとゾッとするくらい酷かった宿泊の確認と駐車場の確認をする為にホテルの前に車を停めたらその前にびたびたにマイクロバスを止められた時間で動いているのはわかるが宿泊者がわからないので確認する為の数秒も待てないのか？８０過ぎの両親がなるべく歩かないようにしていたのに非常に残念です

湯畑から近い姉妹館のお風呂が良かった部屋で喫煙ができたエアコンが効いていたご飯美味しかった

浴衣が小さかった大浴場の清掃が行き届いてなかった通路が少し不気味でした
