"充分楽しめました。良かったです。"

内風呂が広くゆっくり入れた。食事バイキングも美味しかったです。希望したタバコの消臭対策もしっかりしていただいていただいておりました。他ホテルのお風呂に入れたことも良かったです。

施設設備が古いということは承知しておりましたので特に何も感じませんでした。かえって肩が凝らずゆっくり過ごせました。夕食の食事時間が、あと30分くらい長かったら、より良かったかなと思います。

夕食、朝食とも大満足、特に群馬のお宿らしくお野菜が最高においしかった。

お風呂が年季が入っていた感は否めなかった。ただし、グループホテルへの配送で別ホテルのお風呂が楽しめたので十分にカバーできていると思う。

・ロケーションは良かった。 ・スタッフも良かった。

・エアコンが効かない。 ・TVのケーブルが接続できておらず、一時的にこちらで繋げた。 ・１Fのトイレが汚い。 ・大浴場の体重計が機能していない。 ・部屋や浴場の壁が一部剥がれていた。 ・浴場に耳かき等を捨てるゴミ箱が無かった。 ・部屋の温水が出なかった。

"宿のご飯が美味しかったのと湯畑が近かっただけ。少し不満。"

ご飯がとってもおいしかった。湯畑が近かった。

湯畑側の部屋の予約をしていて、予約の写真だと湯畑がよく見えていてそれを想像していたら全く見えなかった。大浴場が少し汚かった。部屋もコンセントが少なかったり、トイレ、お風呂が古臭い、暖房が効かないなどお金を払っているのに部屋が満足できなかった。同じお金を払うなら違う宿を予約したかった。
