湯畑に近い点が非常によかったです。コンビニも近くにあるのでお酒を購入して快適なホテル滞在が出来ました。 料理がとても美味しかったです！この価格でここまでの料理をいただけたのは幸いでした。また来ようかなと思えました。

施設がいささか古い点でしょうか。旅館の雰囲気を感じられて良いのですが、少し古いなと感じてしまいました。

スタッフの皆さんが親切で感じが良かった。 夕食、朝食ともに品数が多く美味しかった。特にミニ肉まんとちまきは、また食べたいと思いました。

建物の老朽化が目立った。 畳は新しくて気持ちが良かったが、窓ガラスの汚れや入口ドア下の隙間が気になりました。

まず、立地がとてもよく、湯畑、湯もみショー、外湯と満喫でした。お年寄りも歩く距離が少なくて喜ばれる。食事はいろいろ品数もあり、それぞれ美味しく、一緒に行ったお年寄りも喜ばれていました

駐車場の説明がネットで予約した時に分からず、現地で困ったし、周囲に迷惑を掛けた

湯畑から近く夜の散歩や買い物に便利な立地。

全体的に古くて、清潔とは言えない。 エレベーターもボタンが点灯しなかったり、部屋のトイレも狭くて使いづらい。
