・早餐很一般，連茶泡飯都沒有。薯條很乾，烤麵包用的烤箱還是家庭用的那種，不是現在飯店常見的軌道式・有提供去同集團飯店可泡其他家的湯的服務。但忘記換券，結果搭接駁車到同集團的另一個飯店後他說只能回原飯店換券再來，連拿鑰匙證明或者是幫打電話跟原飯店確認身分都不行，有必要這麼硬? 單程十分鐘來回就浪費客人二三十分鐘。・說十點退房前避免人潮建議先去櫃檯付款。我九點先去付完款了。結果十點退房時還是要排長隊還鑰匙，那有沒有先付款還不是都一樣要排隊？浪費客人時間。・去泡湯時拿來裝毛巾的籃子超級少，被拿完就沒了。這不是應該每個房間都備一個嗎?怎麼會放在公共空間而且數量還超少讓大家搶。因為籃子一下就被搶完了所以只能用外出時裝小雜物的小籃子來裝毛巾，超小。夠爛
