夕食がとてもおいしかった。スタッフの方たちもフレンドリーかつ素晴らしい対応で良かった。

泊まった部屋（建物）にも寄るのかもしれないが、洋室と和室の間を仕切って完全に個別の部屋になるようにして欲しかった。 カップルなら気にしないかもだけど、家族で宿泊したとはいえ、やはり仕切りがないと少し不便。

スタッフの方の接客が丁寧で、好感が持てました。 犬を連れての宿泊でしたが、部屋にペット用品も準備してあり、ドッグランもあったので、安心して宿泊できました。 夕食、朝食とも、食事が大変美味しかったです。特に、お米が美味しくて、何杯もおかわりしてしまいました。朝食は、お味噌汁のおかわりも出来たので、遠慮なくおかわりしました。 時期的に雪が積もっていたので、露天風呂に浸かりながらの景色がすごくキレイでした。

ペットも利用できる温泉や、ペットと一緒に食事できるスペースがあれば、最高です。

住宿環境非常舒服！員工超級友善有禮，餐食很好吃，我們訂了兩個晚上，早餐跟晚餐兩天都有變化，早餐一天西式一天中式，晚餐一天燒肉一天刷刷鍋！美味極了

"Good relaxing stay if you don’t mind paying more."

Unique experience with its own onsen. There is a small public pool as well.. It’s on top of the mountain and it’s quiet. Dinner and breakfast is at the dining hall.

Onsen water is too hot for my liking. More Variety of food options. Quite expensive meal option.

お部屋はとても綺麗で、室内屋内温泉共に、入りやすい温度でとても気持ち良かったです。 またスタッフさん達全員気さくで、素敵なおもてなしをしてくださりました。 食事も豪華かつ量も丁度良くとてもおいしかったです。 妊娠中でしたが、生物への配慮もして下さり、ありがたかったです。 ペットと一緒に宿泊しましたが、ドッグランもあり良かったです。
