Quiet place, nice surroundings especially the adjacent garden. Fantastic!

Pillow could be a bit bigger and softer for foreigners.

Nice getaway and quick drive to the premium outlet. Staff was professional and friendly. Comfortable stay and nice onsen. Quiet surroundings.

The signature outdoor onsen was under construction during my stay. Next door neighbours were very noisy. They were a group of young male students and they were very loud throughout the night.

The hotel was amazing, huge rooms (6+ actual rooms, like an executive suite) great facilities, and very friendly and helpful staff. It was a highlight of our trip ❤️
