Fabulous hotel in a perfect location - from the moment we were greeted before we’d even entered reception to the time we left - the facilities are outstanding - private onsen - ice cream and free drinks, including alcohol available on a self serve basis on the top floor wth stunning views of the torii gate - the food is sublime and the staff are second to none - If you are staying on Miyajima I cannot recommend this hotel more highly

L'hôtel est beau et proche du ferry. C'est très calme. Les chambres sont sobres mais belles. Les sources thermales sont très appréciables, dans un joli cadre. Dommage que nous puissions pas en profiter à l'extérieur.

Les tarifs de l'hôtel sont assez élevés malgré tout.

Loved the view from my room, overlooking Hiroshima bay. The private onsens were a real treat. I just wish I had booked a western style room instead of Japanese style. Modern furnishing and spacious bathroom were fantastic. Only thing I’d do differently is order à la carte, the set menu was underwhelming. Beautiful staff and fantastic location

The hospitality at Kinsuikan was wonderful - we really felt cared for. The in-room Japanese degustation dinner was a truly memorable experience. I also loved the onsen.

I really don't have any improvements to suggest. Our experience at Kinsuikan was fabulous.
