スタッフさんの対応がとても親切で、こちらが事前にいくつか質問したところ、細かく教えていただき本当に気持ちよく使わせていただきました！ 施設も綺麗で使いやすく、一つ一つ部屋が離れているので、周りの方を気にせず楽しむことができて大満足でした。また、是非利用させていただきます。

全くありません。 純粋に気になったのは、雪のシーズン真っ只中の場合の雪や道の状況です。標高が高そうなので辿り着けるかなぁ〜

Room was a bit too cold in winter.

In winter the place was simply magical! Away from crowds, a cabin to yourself just to rest and relax. We did the snow-shoe activity the next day and it was the highlight of our trip. We were in contact via emails and response was prompt. Would luv to stay here again in another season.

We really enjoyed our stay during new year. We been given the privilege to join the snow shoeing to celebrate new year and also Mochi making. It will be an unforgettable experience for the entire family. Thank you very much for the kind hospitality!!

宿泊施設のトラブルにもすぐにスタッフに雪の中すぐに駆けつけてくれてスタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしかったです。 備え付けのキッチン周りや敷布団、コタツの完備がとてもよかったです。

スタッフの方がとても親切で丁寧‼︎ ありがたかったです。部屋も快適でした。
