The staff were extremely welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay. They were patient and detailed in asking about our dietary restrictions, which were also conveyed to all restaurant staff - something that we appreciated very much. Even though our room had issues on the first night, we’ll gladly come back again because the service levels were incredible.

Our room’s shower heater malfunctioned twice on the first night which caused some inconvenience, but the friendly staff rectified it asap and offered a room change the next day. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was great but we’d have preferred a faster pace of serving especially after a long day out.

El hotel es precioso, el servicio es muy bueno y el ambiente es excelente.

Intentan crear una fusión de comida japonesa con occidental y les sale muy regular. Un desayuno con 80% de ensalada fría (en medio del invierno) y casi ninguna proteína, es muy decepcionante. El aire acondicionado solo está en Japonés (todos los demás hoteles lo tenían disponible en otros idiomas) así que manejarlo es muy difícil, por lo que con una habitación amplia y poca calefacción no es muy cómodo. Si dieran un menú japonés tradicional, este hotel sería maravilloso.

Struttura moderna ma ben integrata e adattata all'architettura della zona. Stanza molto bella con vasca onsen privata sul terrazzo. Abbiamo cenato nella struttura (consigliato). Ambiente molto gradevole e di design. Ottima esperienza.

Onsen pubblico un po' troppo ridotto per le aspettative che offre la struttura e per la media di altri hotel meno costosis in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Colazione tipica giapponese con quasi nulle alternative occidentali.
