L'hôtel était bien situé et fait partie d'un gros complexe de bains. Les bains sont très grand, le petit déjeuner était bon. Le personnel était très aidant et sympathique !

La chambre à un peu vécu et la vue était sur un mur mais rien de dérangeant pour un court arrêt

- Personnel sympathique et très attentionné. - Cadre général très agréable et propre. - Le coin salon avec les boissons gratuites et appareils de massage. - Possibilité d’accéder gratuitement à très beau sento. - Salles pour se reposer. - Café et restaurant au sein de l’hôtel.

- Pas de table de nuit ni de prise de courant près du lit. - Assez excentré à 30 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Matsuyama. - Il fait un peu chaud dans le lounge.

Lovely amenities like free massage chairs, daily fresh towels and was a good value nice place to stay for two. Unfortunately I was one person and the cost for one person as opposed to two is crazy high.

The location sucks. I mean it's close to matsuyama but it's located in a car parking lot? It's lovely once you're inside but there's no views to be had let alone even catch a glimpse of.

The onsen here is incredible. Extremely clean and well maintained and truly beautiful. Made it well worth the trek to experience it.We booked this place for the onsen primarily and were not disappointed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Reasonably priced massages and beverages from vending machines. Nice system with bracelets you can use to purchase anything you need at the hotel and pay at the end. I really loved their relaxation area with free beverages, a libray, massage chairs, and a great view of the mountains.

The location is a bit odd and out of the way. It's in a strip mall on the outskirts of Toon with no good restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant didn't really have any good vegetarian options for dinner. The bathroom in the private rooms smelled very bad when water was not running through. We have experienced this issue with other hotels in Japan. It would have been useful to have towels that you could pickup in the onsen itself instead of needing to go to the front desk every time to get new towels. If you forget to get a fresh towel with you to the onsen it can be a bit of an issue.
