Todo increíble una experiència única, el personal súper amable, nos toco una habitacion con onsen privado, ademas tienes onsen para mujeres, para hombres y dos mas que puedes reservar gratuïtamente que són mixtos i privados. El desayuno japonés ha sido una pasada y el dia antes, para cenar puedes pedirte dos tipos de menús pagando un extra recomendamos el Hida beef algo único. El sitio es un sueño, el personal súper amable, la experiencia de dormir en un ryokan, vestirte, los onsen...es perfecto!!!

The included dinner and breakfast are really good, as is the staff that gave us all the instructions on how to get to the place (which is very close to a bus stop). The shared onsen were really great, they were clean and well maintained, also the room was very traditional but still had all the facilities such as a water kettle and tea pot, heater and fridge. The structure itself is beautiful and located near the mountains, so there is a great view.

There are two types of onsen, two private (one in the garden and one inside) and two shared (one only for men and one only for women). They are all very beautiful but for the private one there isn't a system to book it, if you find it free you can use it, if not you have to wait for the people inside to leave it free. This system works if you find good people, for example we didn't have such a great experience because we found a group of guests that took the keys for both the onsen and we had to wait quite a bit to use it, besides you never know when it will be free, so maybe if it gets busy it's a bit of a problem. There are always the shared ones available, but they are separated between men and women, so if you plan to use the private ones this is to take into account

The onsens were great

純和風の佇まいでとても静かで落ち着きます。 お風呂が24h入れるのもありがたい。 貸切風呂もあり嬉しかったです。 予約の時に食事は外国人向けで洋食と言われたのであまり期待はしていなかったのですが、裏切られました(笑) 夕食、朝食共にとても美味しくてご飯のおかわりまでしてしまいました。 とても満足、満腹。 ごちそうさまでした。

お風呂の泉質が硫黄泉なら言う事なし。 そこは仕方ない、贅沢な話ですね。 後は文句の付けようもありません。

Amazing experience, traditional rooms, delicious food, kind and very helpful staff. The private onsen is lovely but the common one is the best, so beautiful! Thank you very much, we would love to come back again in the future.

La literie gagnerait en confort si les matelas étaient un peu plus épais.
