Love the onsen. Service at one of the dinners was v gd. Only negative was we had to wait till 3 pm to check in. Would have appreciated a little earlier check in.

This property is overpriced. The images at booking.com site look amazing but when you arrive to the property, the building and the rooms are run down and damaged. I have been to other ryokens and they are absolutely stunning compared to this one. Need renovating. The onsens are nice but the rooms, food and facilities as well overpriced. I paid $1000 for me and my two kids and it is definetly not good value.

The most pleasant hotel experience I ever had! Just perfect!

Le personnel a été très accueillant. Beau jardin. Onsen très agréable et relaxant, la partie extérieure est très chaleureuse dans son décor naturel. Chambre très spacieuse, confortable. Petit déjeuner parfait (au choix, japanese/international). Café en libre service. Petite boutique très intéressante ! Emplacement idéal pour aller au snow monkey park. Et service de navettes très pratique.

Hôtel un peu vieillissant.

Japanese hospitality at its best. Older style hotel, however the beautiful large rooms with views to die for as well as 2 good sized onsen and private onsen for hire. It’s definitely my pick of the 3 hotels we stayed at in the area. On top of that, they are actively trying to reduce plastic waste! First hotel I have found (in Japan) that displayed a commitment to reduce the use of single use plastic by recycling and reusing.

Ryokan davvero incredibile, in una posizione semplicemente perfetta: si trova proprio all’inizio del sentiero che porta al Parco delle Snow Monkey, comodissimo soprattutto al mattino presto. Camere ampie e curate, con tatami tradizionali e ogni comfort. Molto apprezzata la presenza di kimono diversi per il giorno e per la sera, un dettaglio che rende l’esperienza ancora più autentica. Gli onsen sono splendidi e il fatto che alcuni possano essere riservati per uso privato è un enorme valore aggiunto, soprattutto per chi cerca relax e privacy. Servizio impeccabile, con navetta gratuita da e per la stazione di Yudanaka, comodissima e ben organizzata.

Colazione e cena sono molto tradizionali giapponesi. Esperienza interessante e di qualità, ma potrebbe non essere adatta a chi non è abituato o preferisce una proposta più internazionale.

Super próximo ao parque dos macacos. Foi possível caminhar até o ponto de ônibus para ir até a estação de trem mais próxima.
