"Exceptional"

Our trip was disrupted due to a storn warning. Upon arrival we were wet due to the heavy rain, they assisted in early luggage drop. Most importantly we accidentally left our luggage in the public bus. They were so patient to assist in tracking our luggage making it a breeze for us. Also forwarding our luggages to our next stay so that we could travel light. Despite the language barrier, they were warm, hospitable and courteous.

"Apart from the late arrival issue, our stay was very nice."

Fantastic food and location, very spacious room

The duvets were too thick. Also we were supposed to arrive before 7pm to be eligible for the dinner, and unfortunately we were at the hotel only at 7:40 pm. We were told it was too late so we did not receive anything to eat. I understand the policy, however it would have been nicer it we had been offered some cold snack at least.
