清潔度可再提升一點。

Everything was perfect, the location, the view from the outside, the staff very kind. The glamping is really big. I really hope to go back one day. I left a piece of my heart there

The plastic cover of the glamping tent was ruined by the snow and honestly the view of mount Fuji wasn't that clear. It was blurred. I was so disappointed and then told that to the staff. They were so kind and after the explanation they let me leave the luggage in the room the day of my check-out till 12pm without paying anything. Hope they're going to fix the issue in the future so that I can go back and enjoy a clear view of Fuji 💚

It was spacious and clean

The smell of plastic. The view is blur because it's old and repaired. There is no reception it is via WhatsApp. Basically their response is we are sorry but too bad for you

ロケーションが最高でした。初のドームテントで非日常感を感じることが出来ました。

風呂場の汚れ、クッションの汚れぎ気になりました。

清潔にされていて、心地良く過ごせました。 眺望も良く最高の思い出になりました！

8月の気温のせいか、冷房の効きがあまり良くなくて朝から汗だくになりました💦

Waking up to the stunning view of Mount Fuji from our beds inside the igloo was definitely a highlight. The facilities and staff were all excellent.
