Great stay with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji. Cozy facilities and enough space. Everything you need is provided and the space is clean!

It got quite cold at night and the staff, although they were super friendly, messaged me so many times before the arrival, which I personally found a bit too intense.

The view of Fuji mountain is incomparable

The experience turned to a survival one due to the facilities.The tent was in bad condition, with a hole and damaged lining. The repair was done with cellotape. The heating of the tent was not suitable to under cero temperatures. we slept in one bed with all 3 covers supplied for 3 beds on top. the bathroom and kitchen area were not heated at all, and our request to bring a simple heating device was ignored

View was superb. Room is spacious.

The heating wasn't enough. There is a portable heater in the room that only works for 3-4hours. So we had to wake up a few times to make sure it is turned back on. Heating in the room wasn't enough to heat up the whole room. When we requested for additional heater, staff said they do not have extra and offered blankets instead. My body was warm in the blankets but my face was left in the cold when sleeping. Bathroom also lacks heating.

Love the location. it's near the station yet it was easily drivable. it took us 5 mins by car to reach the main Kawaguchiko train station. I had a clear view of Mt Fuji every day! lovely indeed!

nothing! except maybe the steep price!

The location of the place is walking distance to Kawaguchiko station, has a good view of Mount Fuji. The tent has very cosy vibe inside and the projector was good.

For people who are sensitive to strong smell, the smell of the plastic tent is almost unbearable.

The environment is really nice

Would be better if check out time can be later than 10:00

Design and location

Noise cancellation facilities are not in place. Subject to self discipline of next door residents, it could be very noisy and we could literally heard the chatting of next door and we need to stop them at 12 midnight as we were unable to sleep.
