Staff is super friendly and helpful, room is very cozy and clean. Even when I forgot breakfast they called me to remind about it. They were all very supportive until the last minute.

旅遊多次，這是我第一次寫下評論！因為實在太驚艷了😺 • 行李：於入住前後都可以在櫃檯寄放行李！非常方便，也沒有特別規定只能寄放多久(但我們在寄放時有提前告知取回的時間！) • 服務：相當傳統的日式接待服務😄一進入大廳 check In 時，櫃檯會帶領至座位區並且提供熱毛巾、小點心及熱茶(冬季時在太寒冷，真的感到相當暖心)即使語言溝通可能較不順暢，但飯店員工們都會主動使用翻譯軟體溝通(這對外國旅客來說相當加分！)最後一天搭乘飯店提供的接駁車離開時，櫃檯人員在大門外行禮至我們完全離開飯店，這對旅行時大多都住在市區連鎖飯店的我們來說非常驚訝，見識到了傳統的日式服務👍 • 房間：四人榻榻米房，在傍晚時會約時間鋪床～房間內非常溫暖！即使室外零下四度的狀況下我們都睡的非常好！沒想到這個價格下可以有臥室、小客廳(有紙拉門可以拉上)還有陽台！最棒的是陽台 view 可以看到山下雪景！(但一月真的好冷XDD) • 設施：飯店有自己的泡湯設施，有冷泉、溫泉、露天泉，而且非常大！！！在晚上11點時去泡湯只有遇到另一位房客，所以是可以好好放鬆的～但我最愛的是飯店的按摩椅，甚至退房前還要極限再去桑一下XDD • 早餐：傳統的日式早餐，對此可能每個人的喜好會不同，白飯、醃菜、納豆、煎鮭魚、德式香腸及味噌湯等等...就是可以想像得到的味道啦～ • 地點：小小可惜的是地點並不在熱鬧的湯畑附近，是需要走一小段路(微微的斜坡路)但幸好飯點有提供到巴士站的接駁服務，check Out 時跟櫃檯人員說一聲即可！ 總之與同行友人都一致認同下次再來草津會繼續選擇同一間飯店！
