Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast at the hotel must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. Dinner is available for guests with more than 2 people. Guests must notify the property of their dinner reservation request at least 3 days in advance.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. We had an exceptional stay at Furusato. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, the dinner and breakfast were both amazing (both in terms of quality and presentation), the rooms were comfortable, the onsen was good, and we had everything that we could needed and more. The staff even came to find us in the middle of dinner so that we could catch the local lion dancers that happened to come by for the local spring festival.

Everything - we were greeted with a sense of professionalism & friendliness by the staff like we were as important as royalty. They went over & above to make us feel welcome & comfortable. The facilities are exceptional along with the food & service. We would highly recommend the whole experience & love to return one day for a longer stay. Thank you to the amazing staff.

Comfy futon beds and very nice location

Onsen facilities an are a bit worn down and the whole place was rather cold. WiFi only worked in some common areas

The accommodation was excellent and in a beautiful location. The staff were welcoming and very polite and helpful. We had evening dinner and breakfast and the food and service were superb!!
