"A bit dated, but very friendly"

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and spoke some English. Room was large and the futons comfortable. The Onsen is also large and two private baths are available for booking (at an extra charge).

The whole place feels a bit dated due to a lack of any renewals/updates since it was built. The dinner and breakfast are OK and authentic, but not too special. A bit more explanation could have been provided on the how to consume them.
