Free car park is nice.. location is close to attraction

Staff that greeded us does not understand English. No blanket in the room for use.. as per owner (after i make a comment) must ask them for it which I think this is first to hear this -> I need to ask for blanket. After first night, we decide to checkout even we paid for 2 night and inform the staff... she don't even understand and next day receive message from owner asking what time I am going back for breakfast... in the room we can hear other guest walking and talking

The owners were super helpful, nice and very patient in answering my many questions even before my arrival. Despite the language barrier, I sensed that they really wanted to look after their guests. I arrived earlier on the day of check-in in heavy snow with my heavy luggage all wet, they dried it and moved it to my room before I returned later for check-in. Communication was excellent and really interactive (the best I have experienced!). Arigatou gozaimasu!
