Riad Star by Marrakech Riad

A very interesting property with bright colours and comfortable places to sit. The beds were very comfortable.

The water in the pool was smelly and dirty so we didn’t use that. Not sure if it was meant to be used. The showers took a while to get used to as the cold water only seemed to trickle out.

The staff was on point all the time. Very professional and service minded, specially Mourad. Always there to help about every help that we needed. Breakfast was very nice too. Happy they had soy milk option for my coffee.

Unfortunately we had room facing the lobby of the Riad, so we can listen very clear to conversations from guests arriving late from the medina. But happy they went to their rooms, and then it was quiet again.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Riad Star Marrakech durante il periodo di Ramadan. La struttura è carina e situata in una buona posizione nella Medina, comoda per visitare la citta. Purtroppo l'esperienza è stata penalizzata da forti rumori all'interno del riad durante la notte e all'alba: urla, colpi e risate molto rumorose che hanno reso difficile dormire e riposare. Trattandosi di rumori provenienti dalla struttura stessa, sarebbe importante prestare maggiore attenzione al rispetto del riposo degli ospiti nelle ore notturne. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mourad, sempre molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. 16:4

Authentic Moroccan Riad, very clean and comfortable

Bit hard to find but on arrival and departure we were met by the Riad staff

Super limpio y todo bien organizado el personal excelente y pendiente de nosotras en todo momento. Agradecidas sobre todo con Morad un chico super atento y cuidador.

The personnel was so kind, friendly, and professional! Mourad in particular provided the best costumer service!

Nos ha encantado el alojamiento. Antes de llegar nos habló por WhatsApp Mourad,uno de sus empleados, para indicarnos la ubicación más cercana al Riad donde podía dejarnos el taxi y allí nos estaba esperando él para guiarnos hasta el alojamiento. Éramos 5 personas y teníamos reservada una habitación triple y una doble, tuvieron el detalle de darnos dos habitaciones que estaban juntas y se comunicaban por una puerta. Las instalaciones magníficas, tiene una terraza muy grande que nos encantó y que disfrutamos mucho por las noches. El desayuno muy rico y variado. Quiero destacar que todos los empleados son muy serviciales y atentos, y siempre están atentos a ver en que te pueden ayudar. En especial Mourad que fue quien nos acompañó en toda nuestra estancia y la hizo mucho más acogedora. Sin duda, si algún día vuelvo a Marrakech volvería a elegir este alojamiento.

No tengo ninguna queja, me encantó todo.
