Cleanliness could be better, though this may align with local norms for historic riads in the Medina.

L’accueil du Riad est exceptionnel. Ali et Mourad ont été au petit soins pour nous. De bonnes idées toujours gentil et serviable, ils ont bonifié notre séjour à Marrackech. Les dames du petit déjeuner nous servent une nourriture très bonnes et en bonnes qualités. Merci bcp

Le personnel a été aux petits soins avec nous, dès l'arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. Nous avons passé trois nuits dans le riad star, Ali et Mourad ont été exceptionnel. Très à l' écoute, ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes. Les jeunes femmes nous ont gâté dans la préparation du petit déjeuner et de notre chambre. Celle-ci était très propre, le linge de salle de bain également. Un très bon séjour en leur compagnie. Le jeune Mourad est très prometteur dans le métier. Le riad est à 10 min à pied de la place Djemaa el fnaa. Les zoucs sont aussi très prêts. N'hésitez pas à vous rendre au riad star si vous êtes sur Marrakech, vous ne serez pas déçu.

The location of the hotel is great. Hotel itself is very nice and cost old building, with magnificent roof terraces. The stuff, especially Ali, were kind and friendly with willing to help in every aspect.

It is a little bit hard to be found for the first time, on the facade is not written that there is a hotel, just the number of the property.
