Riad Full Moon

No hot watter and very hard ro find it

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. There were issues but they were trying to fix whatever they can. The breakfast was amazing, the place has very nice space on top and other areas to sit and relax.

There was no wifi working in the room. There was cold water and in cold weather it's impossible to take shower. The room was next to street and you could hear everything. The bed was really uncomfortable to sleep on. The room was so small that you cannot put your luggage and open it. The deal breaker was the cold water in cold weather.

Nice area, Great location -outside of the main bustle and noise. Took 10 minutes walking to reach the main square. Facilities were clean and the room was very nicely furnished. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful for those who can eat gluten.

The only bad points where I had pre-mentioned one traveller was gluten-free. Unfortunately The only option he was given was an egg the rest of the breakfast he was unable to eat as it was all bread based. The other point was the city taxes -although I was aware of them the reception did not mention it until we were about to leave and insisted it needed to be in cash. Just be aware of this and try and settle this as you arrive or ensure you have the cash to hand.

The Riad looks pretty amazing, serves a nice breakfast and is very clean. The location is also incredible, it’s in the old marrakech town but a very calm area so you can sleep soundly at night.

It’s pretty much the set up of all riads in morocco, but if you can, avoid the ground floor rooms as other guests will hang out and have breakfast right outside your door and it gets very noisy.

The riad is not far away from most of the Marakesh attractions. Staff was nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was really good.

It is really hard to find, no sign or anything. You have to find the address - the street number. There you find a door with blue bars and you ring a bell hoping you are at the right spot. The riad looks much better on photos on booking that in reality. The room was quite dull, cold and damp. The a/c that was supposed to heat the room up was really loud, so loud we had to switch it off. The tap was leaking and dripping. There was no warm water in the morning. And I found a nice fat cockrouch.

I stayed at Riad Full Moon for week and had a great time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and the riad itself was lovely, clean and well located (15/20min to Jemae El Fnaa). Thank you so much !
