El wifi iba un poco lento a veces pero no me incomodó mucho la verdad

Emplacement idéal, très bon accueil, petit déjeuner copieux, chambre confortable...

Trouver le riad est presque mission impossible ! Il serait utile de donner des explications pour y accéder tel que : " en venant du collège Mohamed 6, rentrer dans la medina et au restaurant Mama Terrasse à gauche... etc.. Le système de verrous métalliques des portes est bruyant , les entrées de nuit peuvent réveiller les voisins ...

Overall, the stay was positive. The property looks nice and the rooms are generally clean, as was the breakfast, which we enjoyed. The only real issue concerns one of the rooms located next to the kitchen, which unfortunately has a strong smell of humidity and mold; it would be better not to assign this room to guests. Regarding the staff, the Moroccan lady was extremely kind, helpful, and always attentive to guests’ needs. Communication with the male staff member was more difficult, with some misunderstandings and minor issues, although everything was eventually resolved. One area that could be improved is the organization of tours and activities: it is better to arrange them independently. It would also be useful to have a more direct contact option such as WhatsApp or an email address with more responsive communication. Overall, the value for money is fair, and the property remains a good choice for a simple and welcoming stay, especially thanks to the kindness of the staff.
