The location is good and the local manager tried to help us out with all the problems that we faced during our visit. Other than that nothing else was even affortable and acceptable as concerns the accomondation and the communication.

The worst experience of my life. In terms of hygiene, safety, client support/service, and communication this apartment and owner gets the absolute zero. Is the first time. We were a family of two couples and one kid. We had booked this apartment for our staying for 7 nights but we only stayed half of them in this apartment. The second night the complete apartment was flood and for 2hours we were (alone without any help) fighting with a cascade of water entering to the building from the rooftop. It was so close to enter our rooms and buggages to be destroyed. We said that ok it was the extreme weather and next morning someone came and done some superficial fixes on the roodtop. However, after that, and the 4th night a mouse appeared inside the kitchen. All over the bread and the rest of our stuff. Of course, they knew this problem as in a small closet there were mouse traps. We asked for reallocation to another venue of another proxy and for a partial refund of our money but noone replied us even two months after this event. Refund for reasons of safety and hygiene. They only suggested to move us in a worst Riad of their administration, which we found unacceptable and not the solution that we needed as we did not trust them anymore. Karine (the owner) never picked up our calls or answered to our messages. Always we had to communicate with the local manager. The last one month they do not respond to our messages and to any of Booking calls/contacts. They completely avoid to contact us and even provide a small explanation or acknoweledge the situation. I am really disappointed on the way they treat their clients and families visiting their apartment.

Pyszna kolacja za dodatkową opłatą. Śniadania niestety zimne, co nie było fajne. dobry kontakt z właścicielką.

Wszystkie łóżka były małżeńskie, co utrudniało sytuację przy wyjeździe koleżeńskim, w dodatku na 2 osoby bya wspólna kołdra -- kocW łazience woda wybijała z podłogi i ciągle było mokro. śniadanie było przynoszone poprzedniego dnia i wkładane do lodówki - zimne naleśniki i pancaki nie są smaczne. Nie było herbaty ani kawy do codziennego użytku.
