The driveway to get there was very steep

The house has a great view and it’s in a quiet hill. Local bakery delivers a bag of freshly baked bread every morning. They also leave some complimentary local products in the fridge, too.

It was comfortable, spacious, quiet, clean, we were able to rest, we were not disturbed by noises, reasonable good Wi-Fi connection.

It is not a matter of not liking it, but keep in mind that it's farther from the main points of interest and you need to drive at least half an hour to get to them. The closest and decent supermarket is by 5 km driving and also there aren't restaurants or cafés nearby in the morning.

Perfect comunication, well prepared, everything was clean. A lot of space, huge terrace with a view on ocean. The ratio performance price is very good. Arrival is time independent, door has a password. You can cook here. 25min far from Furnas.

Far from airport...bud if you want to be on calm place, it understandable :)

Great quiet view with some great view points nearby! Good place to stay if you are renting a car on Sao Miguel! The kitchen had all you need and the accommodation was very clean. Make sure to buy your groceries in advance, so you don’t have to go back and forth but note that you get bread rolls in the morning ;)

Check in was easy, code system worked really well. Really nice to have the bread every morning and a couple of local foods (cheese and jams) in the fridge ready for us. Size was perfect for a couple. It is a really quiet and peaceful place. We really enjoyed the ocean view, although note that this is best enjoyed when the weather was warm enough to sit outside as there is only a window from the kitchen to see the view from inside.

Kitchen was not quite up to scratch for us - we like to cook a lot and a useable kitchen is a must when we are finding a place. It was missing a few key utensils and the 'oven' is a regular microwave with a grill setting. Bathroom and some of the unit (around doors/windows) was not quite as clean as expected. The hot water pressure was poor and took up to 5 minutes of running the tap to work.
