Great location, very good amenities, the welcome gifts (fresh bread every morning, local products) were a very nice gesture. We had everything we needed in the house

First, communication with the owner, Sara, is excellent. She communicated every little thing needed to self-check in, including the surroundings. The house is amazing, well kept up to high standards, and very clean, especially the outside area. The patio and the garden are breathtaking. The location is great and includes a parking space, which is a plus. The fresh bread provided on the house by the owner every morning is such a kind gesture.

No restaurants in the area.

Fantastic apartment for exploring the eastern part of the island. It's worth mentioning that it is located just 2 minutes away from one of the most beautiful viewpoints on São Miguel Island - Miradouro da Ponta do Sossego. So, you'll have the privilege of coming in the morning and having the park all to yourself. 😊

We loved this holiday home and would come back in a heartbeat! Excellent home, clean and neat with fantastic rooms, bedding, and finishings. Well stocked kitchen with the outdoor barbeque was exactly what we were looking for. The daily bread deliveries were much appreciated by an early riser who enjoys a quick bite with tea while watching the sun rise over the ocean. The house was nestled among other rental homes owned by the same agency, as well as a few others and provides perfect solitude. The hosts were super kind and welcoming, and very responsive to our questions and requests. The host met us at the house and gave us a full tour of the home and pointed out how to handle the security system. Location is lovely but best to have a car. We enjoyed the amazing coastal views and hikes in the area and enjoyed getting to some quieter parts of the island.

The security system... It gave us some problems. While we were warned that the alarm may go off, we certainly weren't expecting it to happen 20 minutes after the host left! While there were some instructions provided, it still took us quite some time to turn it off - the host was available to help quickly but we managed to get it on our own. Unfortunately there was a bad storm passing through that same night and a handful of on-and-off power outages continued to make the alarm go off. We don't hold this against the hosts, but it made for quite a rough first night! Kitchen could use some better supplies and sharper knives.

Quiet place with a wonderful view. The best sleep I had in the Azores! Although it was foggy, we had a beautiful view and it was close to many lovely sites. The warm bread in the morning was a nice touch.

The sofa fabric was totally stained. I didn't want to sit down on that fabric. Please replace that as soon as possible because it made me feel like the place was dirty even though it was spotless.
