Baseball Town Motel

My son and I stayed in a suite and my daughter and son-in-law stayed in a regular room. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. There was good water pressure in the shower and the water was nice and hot. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The suite had a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The motel is just steps from the Baseball Hall of Fame. The one caveat I would make is that the stairs are long and steep, so it might not be the best option for mobility challenged folks. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location and staff were perfect

Paid $670 for two nights. Room was not worth the cost. Needs updating. Bathroom was old with a toilet that would not consistently fill up with water. No ice available. Lack of decor

bathroom cramped, especially toilet area proximity to the wall. very basic lodging for a steep price. Amazed that in a Baseball town, the TV channels did not include MLB and ESPN baseball. No info in room about local eateries, especially since no food available in hotel.

I had wanted to come to Cooperstown and experience the baseball Hall of Fame since I was a kid. I wanted to stay somewhere in the center of town so that I could walk to the hall and enjoy the benefits of the incredibly charming downtown of Cooperstown. When I checked in, I had no idea I was literally next-door to the hall! What a treasure, after a long day at the hall, I was able to go out to dinner and walk to wonderful places to eat. Have a few cocktails without having to drive and walk back to my room. I would love to come again.

Bathroom was well stocked with towels. Owner/manager was very attentive. Doubleday Field is right across the street. Free parking.

No housekeeping services. No coffee available the second day.
