USUSUSManagement is nasty and rude. They treat you like you’re at fault and yell at you when their room keys don’t work.
USIt was awful. When you pull up the building is halfway burnt down. There are some people sitting outside the rooms with the doors open drinking beer. When we asked about the room, the woman running the place said it wasn't ready yet. Asked us to come back in 30 minutes and it would be ready. We told her that it was unacceptable and that we wanted to cancel. She said it was too late for cancellations. After we argued back and forth with her she made us pay a 20 dollar cancellation fee. When I tried to pay with a credit card she insisted we pay with cash. I had to tell her three times I don't carry cash on me. It was dirty, scary, and we couldn't get out of the parking lot fast enough!!

They charged me $5 for use of my credit card. although that is how i booked the room. the only way to avoid the 5 was to pay cash, but there was no advance notice of this The bathroom fan and light was noisy; there is only one switch for that
USWe arrived at the Rest Inn with a child who was listed on the reservation. He expected a swimming pool. We arrived to find the hotel was damaged for 1/2 of the rooms with Fire damage, and the pool had no water. We left and booked another hotel 20 miles away,
