USHandicap accessible was asked for. What was provided was a temporary ramp, not secured, to get in the front door. For safety sake we had to move the ‘ramp’ out of the way and maneuver without it. There were no safety bars in the bathroom nor in the bathtub/shower, so I had to forgo bathing.

I didn't like how even in the earliest of day your not allowed in the lobby. They keep it like a mausoleum crypt. I didn't like how my price was different than what was expected when I booked with this site. I wasn't a fan of the fact that the property smells burnt because literally half of the hotel was lost to a fire. I didn't like that my king size bed I ordered was two smaller beds. I didn't like how the carpet was absolutely disgusting with a trail of nasty dust and dirt around the whole perimeter of the room you can tell that carpet is original to the hotel over 30+ years.. I didn't like that all of the furniture is falling apart into dust. I didn't like how I had to get a battery from the owners for the fire alarm to quit screaming. I wasn't a fan of the nasty shower curtain and smell coming from the bathroom. I didn't like the toilet rocking when in use. I didn't like the sheets and pillow cases didn't match and had stains on them. Fact is this hotel shouldn't be open and SHOULDN'T be offered on BOOKING.COM. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN ANY OF THIS INFORMATION I WOULD HAVE WENT ELSEWHERE. IM ON A CROSS COUNTRY BIKE TRIP BY THE TIME I.MADE IT TO THIS LOCATION BETTER HOTELS WE'RE TO FAR AWAY AT THAT TIME.

Once we arrived we had to convince the man at the front desk to get off the couch to check us in, we then went to our room which was not a king like we reserved it was 2 Queen beds it was dirty, smelly and 98 degrees in side(they forgot to turn the air on)! We decided not to stay and upon our exit we saw cockroaches crawling across the floor! Went to another place 20 minutes away which was fantastic!

The door was unsafe the women made me uncomfortable with her comments and I have a video of the unsafe and disgusting stay! I have a video that I would love to email to the manager! And honestly want a refund!
USUSUSI was charged far more than the price quoted on Booking.com, far more than I paid for a much nicer room at a much nicer and newer hotel in much more popular area (Daytona Beach) a week prior. My sole reason for choosing Relax Inn was the low price on Booking.com.
