From the outside the place looks a bit sketchy, but that was misleading

Very friendly.

The Greenwell is an older motel beautifully maintained and spotless. The owner provided nice little touches such as microwave popcorn to enjoy while watching a movie.

Every little detail was perfect. Little extra amenities like the popcorn and popcorn bucket along with all the major amenities like great coffee in the room and plenty of bathroom and shower stuff.

The room, a bit dated, was very clean and the bed comfortable. The hostess was helpful and had good recommendation for breakfast, the Smokehouse.

It smelled like pee. There was what looked like a bloodstain on the bathroom door. I was scared to sleep there. There were drunks screaming and banging around outside. I heard cursing and vomiting through the walls. The floor gave when you walked on it. The bathroom wall had a dent.
