Ease of check in and value Room was nice and clean and cost was most reasonable! Staff was unbelievably kind and easy to work with!!! Thank you!!!!

When I told the owner that we had no hot water for our shower, he offered to refund us $10 and no more!

We arrived hours later than planned due to having a flat tire. Told the proprietor that we would need to find a place to get the tire repaired in the morning and ask for a late checkout. He told us if he were to do this, he would have to charge us by the hour! I'm 60+ yrs old and have never stayed in a hotel that did not offer late checkout. The bed was awfully uncomfortable and the room was not clean. The bathroom was window had been left open, I assume to allow fresh air to come in but there was not curtain over the bathroom window. There were holes in the wall where the towel racks used to be , but they didn't bother to caulk & paint over the holes in the wall. it is right on a main drag & there were loud car radios & sirens to be heard during the night. When we got up in the morning, there was no hot water, only luke warm. We were able to get the car fixed with 20 minutes to spare. If we had not been able to get the car fixed in time, we would have moved to another facility.
