South Beach Inn - Cocoa Beach

We loved the outdoor seating areas and the ease of going to the beach. Everything was very clean.

I didn't know that the front desk wasn't always there, we were wanting some towels but had to wait till morning. It worked out fine.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach!! Rooms were clean, well stocked, and decorated with detail. Staff was simply amazing. From check in to check out, everyone was very friendly, always greeted with a smile, and quick to be of any help. My wife had a little sunburn on her back and was offered a local old school remedy by the staff!! We were surprised with a birthday cake from the staff, as well, walking back from the beach!! Just an amazing place to hang by the beach. Turtle nests protected up and down the beach. Cool sight. Quiet end of the beach also for no crowding whatsoever. As Frequent Cocoa Beach visitors we’ve found a new home for sure. Thanks for being awesome!

The mattress was terrible.

Has many simple amenities that made the trip awesome. Theres a whole room stock with sand toys, all kinds of boogie boards, corn hole, etc. We love this place, its also pet friendly 😀

Bathroom plumbing sucked water drained slow in tub and toilet had to be flushed multiple times 🙃
