South Beach Inn - Cocoa Beach

The location was great. Connor was wonderful.

The only thing that was wrong was the A/C was Very loud, it was hard to get to sleep.

The room had a mildew smell we didn't end up staying due to live bugs in our room

I liked the Private Beach. I liked the separate rooms in ours, the way it was set up. I liked our neighbors. I liked the outside sitting areas.

The first night, Love Bugs infested our room, but was gone by the next day. Our blinds were broken, and the toilet float hung up occasionally.

Perfect location, minutes from anything you need and right on the beach

Not really a dislike but there was a room with boogie boards and they were all broken in someway, but we still found 2 that were good enough
