Location was great. The young man at the office was pleasant.

The queen bed in the main room was concave - dented in the middle - making us both slide to the middle of the bed. It was very uncomfortable, so I got up to try to sleep in the other room on one of the twin beds. When I lifted the covers to get into bed, I encountered a very large insect. As you can imagine, I was not able to sleep in that room. The next day we had a boat tour in the morning. I went to the front desk to tell them we were checking out and would not be there the second night because of our horrible experience, but they were closed until 9am. I called as soon as we got cell reception and was told to send an email, which I did. I have not heard from them a week later. I believe we are owed at the very least a refund for the second night, for which we had to get another hotel. I would definitely not recommend this place.

We love the old-time Florida feel. Proximity to beach. Quieter end of Cocoa Beach.

Feels a little more worn down then last time we were here. Think the property could use a little facelift.
