The room was old and looked like people lived onsite

Chambre spacieuse, bien equipée, confortable et trés calme. A deux pas de la plage et relativement proche du centre ville. Nous regrettons de ne pas etre resté plus longtemps

The hotel was circa 1960. Probably very popular when A1A was the main highway south. It was clean and well maintained. Reminds me of the hotels I stayed in when the family traveled in my youth.

The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress. It felt like it was here from the 60’s also. Had the indentations of long use. As nice as they are keeping the rooms they could update the mattress.

It was an older building but it was very clean. It was a very short walk to the beach.

The location on the beach was the best. Loved being able to just walk out to the beach any time. That and the 2 bedroom option with the full kitchen was the main reason we booked this place :)

The unit had everything advertised and it was stocked sufficiently with kitchen supplies, towels, toiletries, etc. but the fixtures were very worn, the decor was worn and VERY sparse, and the outlets were few and far between. It was very humid and damp and it always felt kind of "wet" in the room. The portable AC units worked ok, but smelled funny like they needed a good cleaning and perhaps new filters. None of these things were a "deal breaker" necessarily. It's a cute old school motel with no frills, and we appreciated it for what it was :)

The location was perfect for viewing the Blue Angels Airshow

The entire facility is extremely dated. The queen mattress in our room (#19) needs to be replaced. My husband and I rolled to the middle both nights! Times were missing from the bathroom walls and several lightbulbs were not working. Anything metal showed signs of corrosion.

I love how close it is to the beach. It is vintage beach resort to the max. SBI is great value for families. They have 2 bedroom units with kitchens.

The pillows are terrible.

Location and outdoor space.

No ice machine or vending on property. Peeling paint, rusting fixtures and needs updating throughout interior of our unit. Mattress needs replacing.

Location especially for space x

No hot water. Drains are very slow. Definitely old Florida. Bed ruffles need to just simply go nothing but old fashioned, dirty & trashy sorry. But the view was stunning. Close to space X. I was ready to abandon the room the bed was suspish. Needs an overhaul and clean up all that bedding. Floor bed ruffles are filthy and out of style people traveling want simple and CLEAN!
