"PERFECT beachside stay with EVERYTHING you need (except groceries)!"

It’s right on the beach, pet friendly, friendly staff, CLEAN, has everything you need (other than washer/dryer). They even have a closet of beach chairs, toys, kites, umbrellas etc to use. We would definitely stay again! You can’t beat this place for the price! Smoking is allowed outside and ashtrays provided, rooms smell amazing. I don’t see an issue for non smokers. Nice clean place for dogs, corn hole, horseshoes, grill, hammock, etc. Go buy some groceries and have the best time!

The only thing I can think of to make it better would be if they had washers and dryers. I knew they didn’t, so no issue just saying it’s the only downfall I can think of.

The shower was nice. It was on the beach. It was pretty clean.

Dog hair on the floor. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The roof looked like it was falling down on the outside of the building. The bed and pillows were from the 1950's. It doesn't look like they put any money into the place. Very old and run down.
