Leaking toilet. No a/c

Very good restaurant. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Good water pressure and hot water. Easy to get coffee and 1/2 & 1/2 from restaurant. Pretty lake behind dining room windows.

No air conditioning, ridiculous heat and humidity. They don't really have any rush to install any because their big business is winter snowmobilers and the restaurant, which DOES have a/c. Beds were hard and creaky. Property is a 1960s-70s strip motel, NOT a resort. The fixtures are old, dated and worn out. Noisy in the mornings because people pass right by your windows and cars come and go. This place needs a complete overhaul, which ain't gonna happen. The location is far from anything desirable and internet is awful.

The restaurant opens at 11am so did not get a chance to try breakfast menu if there is one. Super clean room, nice setting in the woods with the lake view. Nightly rate is nice. Location good.

Air conditioning would be a nice addition. None of the rooms have AC. We stayed during the heat wave of 93 degree and the fan that is provided in the room was not enough.

My wife and I have believe this is the cleanest country setting hotel in the state of Michigan that we have ever stayed at.. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant/bar next door were friendly and very helpful with everything. Both my wife and I agree that we have found our new place to stay each year we visit the Munising area for our scuba diving vacation. The parking lot is also more than adequate for large boat parking. The rooms and grounds were well kept and in great order. Can't wait to see everyone next year around the same time.

My 1 and ONLY complaint, would be that the rooms need "room darkening curtains" as the curtains that on the bedroom window now, are not thick enough to block out the Sun as it rises in the morning (we had a eastern facing room). Other than that, the room exceeded my expectations.

Restaurant had good food and great service. Prices were decent.

Check-in was very confusing. Had to go through a bar. Rooms were outdated and dingy. No ice machine, no playground, no free breakfast.

Staff very friendly and helpful, great location and very clean!
