Wi-fi only worked for 1 of the two days we were there, and that's significant because cellular service in the area is pretty much non-existent.

Food was amazing

It’s a great place. Loved the trip. Food was amazing. The only complaint I have was no ac but it was cool when we went so we didn’t need it. We will be back for sure

Restaurant was nice, food tasty! Staff super helpful and knowledgeable of the area which was great as it was our first time to the UP! Family owned and they were very accommodating to all our needs! Also we discovered they have FANTASTIC Bloody Mary’s at the bar😍

The room is clean and a throw back to the 80s or further. Bathroom way too small and shower pressure/temp regulator not great. We didn’t spend much time in room but if we would have needed to it would have been a negative. Needs a decor lift and lighter look, very dark paneling and bedspread. Bed was comfy enough. Nothing to watch on TV but cable. What I am basically saying here is that they could do so much more with the rooms and it would be a lot more pleasant to stay in them. This place is a 15 minutes plus drive to Munising where most activities are, which we did not realize when we booked it. The drive was not a big deal, but it would’ve been more convenient to stay in Munising. That being said, if you like to stay somewhere quiet and don’t mind a drive to town this would be your spot.

Peaceful wooded setting with convenience of a restaurant on the property. The owners were very friendly and asked about our stay personally.

A bigger fridge would have been more convenient.

Breakfast is not available. The restaurant opens for lunch.

Internet is a little weak but they are doing the best they can. But I came here to spend time with family not surf the net

We came to snowmobile, it was our third time trying to coordinate with the decrease in snow this season. We stayed Thursday to Monday. Rode every day, came back to the room, changed and ate our dinners at the Buckhorn Restaurant. It was easy, and delicious!

There was nothing to dislike.
