Moosewood Inn

This is a real gem owned by a very conscientious couple who want the best for their guests. Rooms are immaculate and decorated like log cabins with quality materials throughout.

Moosewood couldn’t have been nicer. The location was great for travel to Mackinaw Island. The room was spotless, new, and adorably decorated. The bed was comfy and the hosts were very helpful.

The Moosewood exceeded my expectations in every way! The staff was welcoming and the room was cozy and clean. The location is close to food, shopping and fun, and the beach is right across the street. I loved everything about this establishment and will make it my go-to wherever I’m in the area.

Probably one of the smallest motel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. It was well done tho and had a large bathroom. They don’t have an ice machine but we were able to get ice from the office in a ziplock bag

The location was fantastic, we found a small public access to see the beach across the street. The hosts were so gracious and welcoming, they made us feel like friends. I’m extremely picky about cleanliness and it was so clean and well decorated. Bed was so comfy!

I can’t think of anything I disliked about this motel!
