This Gem in the heart of St. Ignace provided an escape from city life. The inside of the hotel room is one of a kind with beautiful rustic touches of bears and moose. Pine tongue and groove and a hand tiled shower with accents of river rock add to the cabin feel. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I cannot wait to stay in a different room the next time I decide to visit. Each room has a different theme.

The location was perfect. The owners were great. Nothing was overlooked to make our stay outstanding. Comfort and cleanliness was exceptional. Will always stay here on future visits.

I had to finish some work over the weekend and wanted a place that was comfortable, clean, and had stable internet. The WiFi was exceptionally great, i never stayed somewhere with WiFi so fast and reliable. Everything about the experience was amazing. I will recommend anyone I know is visiting st ignace to book their trip through Moosewood inn. The owners live on the property as well and were helpful and kind. The room itself was very clean and maintains a cabin-like aesthetic that adds so much charm and character to the trip. The owners clearly put a lot of love and care into their vision of a great vacation experience. Just book with them already, they have their competitors and nearby hotel chains beat by miles.
