Staff were friendly. I left some clothes and they called me and saved them for me.

Bugs

I lost my driving glasses

Bugs were biting me and I called the front desk and he said that he would send for some bug spray and never did. I also told him that there was no toilet paper at all in bathroom and he said to pick some up at the desk. I went to the desk and no one was there, nor came to front when I rung the bell. I asked for a refund, still have not received it. I will keep calling them for my refund.

Bed had bugs, possibly whole room.

Better than what I expected for the price.

The area didn’t seem that safe.

It was so bad I went to another Hotel that night.

I was not aware you had construction going on at the time and was not stated before booking....

The price, which honestly, was a bit high considering the property

Lack of parking, had to put a chair in front of door for security, had to turn on hot water on at the spicket under the sink, police sirens all night…ventilation in the bathroom was an unlockable window
