The price but you get what you pay for 😕

The room was very old, dirty and smelly. The doors did not have up to date locks. They were working on the building during my stay so very noisy. Even though I sprayed with Lysol I believe they have bedbugs because the next day I was itching and swollen with bumps on my shoulder, arms and hands. There is also a window air conditioner instead of central air.

What breakfast? No toilet paper. No security lock inside. Room was on noisy traffic side of street.

Great location close to Baylor. OLD hotel / motel (1950s) Budget friendly.

Needs slight remodel

Was disgusting. Even for a low budget room. Of the worst I've ever seen
