It was cheap

I only stayed 1 night instead pf the planned 3 due to my dissatisfaction with the accommodation. Proprietor did refund 2 unused nights.

Sehr schmuddelig, nicht sauber. Neben dem Kühlschrank lag noch ein altes Taschentuch, Krümel auf dem Boden. Im Kühlschrank waren noch Lebensmittel. Bezüglich der Bettwäsche war ich mir auch nicht sicher ob sie schon benutzt wurde. Die Kaffeemaschine musste ich erst gründlich säubern um sie benutzen zu können.

Nice old-school motel with basic but nice amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Stays here previously. Basic accommodation with big rooms and two large b dsvin old single storey motel style. Plenty of parking usually outside your room. Helpful, friendly staff. Good for diving High Springs or, for me, a half hour drive to Gainesville Raceway for drag racing. Always good value

It’s showing its age - but if location is important, it’s fine.

Having stayed there many times before i will definitely be back. I like the homey feeling and the owners are always there if you need anything.

there is nothing I would change at this point but if I had any problems I feel sure they would be addressed and remedied.

I loved the location in High Springs, FL. The protected Springs area is beautiful, accessible, and desirable. The comfort and hospitality afforded me by the welcoming staff and squeaky clean accommodations was a delight.
