The Quarters at Pier450

The location has a lot to offer— free kayaks and a great restaurant and beach near by. Crab soup was phenomenal.

The room need deep cleaning— lamps need dusting and removal of bugs, tiles in bathroom needed scrubbing, the shower was leaking and the bathroom smelled like a boy’s school locker room. The leak in our bathroom looked very old based on water stains. Staff did little to address it. The number they text you on about getting in has no response so it feels like they are playing games with guests to avoid addressing issues. The table cloth in the restaurant was dirty, they do not change table cloths between guests, and it partially took my appetite away

There was no breakfast.

It was toooooo cold within the room. The heater was on and set to 72 degrees. I froze all night by not being able to raise the heat level by a few degrees.

La musique à l'extérieure est beaucoup trop forte et absolument pas nécessaire. Les voisins de chambre faisant du bruit tard dans la nuit.

Location was great, pier and kayaks were nice. Saw a lot of crabs and seagulls. The flowers and the property were nice to walk around with our dog. There were nice state parks nearby. The room itself was quiet, we couldnt really hear the people in the rooms on either side. The atmosphere in the room was very relaxing.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There are no convenience shops on the premises, so complimentary waters or something in the fridge would have been nice. An extra blanket would be lovely, we forgor to pack one. Also the AC unit made a high pitched noise when it ran so we slept with it off, which made the room a bit stuffy.
