Always friendly staff, Clean never dirty!!!

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff and management were exceptional and very helpful. Breakfast has many convenient choices for on-the-fly vacation! Pool was clean and relaxing, with chairs, umbrellas and a grill.

The staff was extremely helpful very friendly family oriented. Not corporate and stale feeling, the pool was great don’t change a thing ( one thing notwithstanding 😂)

There has to be a better key system, I had 2 keys malfunction and the front desk remade two new ones after that to be safe. Pretty minor considering the issues a beach vacation can have. The price, while I will say it was the cheapest on booking.com near Bethany beach, we found places in ocean city for $80 a night on the same short notice but maybe Bethany beach is more desirable and that’s normal I’m not sure.

The room was very clean. It suited our needs. The location is great. Not to far from the beaches and had plenty of shopping centers within walking distance.

The pillows were lumpy. The pool had debris and the room did not have an iron nor blow dryer. Maybe the front office had it. Not sure.

Staff was very kind and welcoming. The pool was gross with trash and debris in it. And the smell of marijuana was very strong in our area.

The breakfast was alittle disappointing. There was no Milk for cereal and no hot water for tea. Also room was cleaned each day.

I went in to have breakfast at 7:15. The hotel staff had all the lights off, (she said it is peaceful with the lights off,) and proceeded to tell me she hasn't set up for breakfast yet. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30-10??????????
